To enter, complete your submission on the Contest page. In order to complete this submission, some users may be asked to fill out additional information before entering. No purchase is necessary. The contest begins June 5, 2014, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 25, 2014.

Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible submissions. All winners will be notified by phone or email and must pick up their prize by June 27th at a location to be determined. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, state and federal taxes. For tax reporting purposes, winners will be required to provide legal name, address and social security number or forfeit prize. NPG of Missouri LLC, or the Missouri Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. All prizes are non-refundable or exchangeable and cash substitutions are not permitted. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. NPG of Missouri LLC, or the Missouri Lottery makes no warranty with respect to any prize and reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal of greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

ELIGIBILITY

 All contestants must be registered users of Facebook, residents of Missouri and 18 years of age or older, and must be able to show a valid driver’s license or picture ID. You must complete all contact information to be eligible to win. You may submit one entry per day. You may also receive an additional chance to win for each referral you make via Facebook using the unique referral link provided to you after making your entry.

 Employees of NPG of Missouri LLC, or the Missouri Lottery and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. NPG of Missouri LLC shall be the sole judge of eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason. Winners agree to allow use of name and photos by NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery without further compensation. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. In fairness to all, NPG of Missouri LLC, or the Missouri Lottery cannot discuss the contest by phone, mail or in any other way with the contestants. A single contest may be run on multiple platforms, including our website, tablets, smartphones and Facebook. Odds of winning are the same across platforms.

NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery reserve the right to suspend or cancel the contest at any time. NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery assume no responsibility for injury or loss that may arise from participation in the contest.  NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest. NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest by any technical or human errors, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest. NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this contest at any time and award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. NPG of Missouri LLC, and the Missouri Lottery reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game, website or Facebook page or to be acting in violation of the official rules.
